Plan a concert outfit with me

Happy Saturday, this was meant to go up yesterday but I had a busy day and didn’t find the time to write it and I also didn’t want to rush it so I gave myself an extra few hours to write it! As you may or may not know I love going to concerts, I’m literally always at them and I always want to wear something different to them all so today I’ll be sharing with you how I plan my concert outfits.

Normally I don’t plan them till about 1/2 weeks before the concert so that they are new in shops and stuff, sometimes I’m literally only walking around getting things the day before the concert but normally it depends on the concert because I have ideas for different concert like Ed Sheeran I went to him in May and I knew I wanted to wear a jumpsuit to it so it was just a matter of finding a jumpsuit I liked, also there is no harm is planning ahead if you have your tickets and you are just shopping around and you see a nice top on sale or a skirt you could always get it and save it up for the concert and then closer to the time find something to go with it, but anyways here’s step by step how I do it!

First thing I normally do is go to Instagram & Pinterest for inspiration using these two platforms normally gives me an idea of what kind of look I’m going for and the kind of things I want to look out for online or when I’m shopping, looking for inspiration is the best thing you can do because although you mightn’t wear what you’ve found it might give you an idea for something completely different. Also at concerts you can literally go wild with your outfit I think the more unique the better!

Once I kind of have some idea of what I want to wear I usually look in my local H&M and Primark for the clothes I want but if they don’t have anything normally I go onto boohoo.com or prettylittlething.com and search for the clothes and I always find something weather it be what I was looking for or something completely different. Shopping around definitely helps inspire you too because if you see something new maybe you’ll want to wear that and match it with something other than what you’ve planned in your head.

Then when I have the bits I want obviously I buy them, try them all together and see if there is anything I want to change, if so I just do it all again, look for something new to go with it and keep doing it till I find the perfect outfit for me!

Here’s a few tips:

– always be open to different ideas, just because you’ve one idea in your head doesn’t mean you shouldn’t think of other possible looks, if you go into a shop and they don’t have what you want and you see some really nice clothes instead of sticking to what you originally wanted think of ways you could style the clothes you did find in the shop.

– for me I think it’s better to have your outfit all set before the concert, that’s why it’s important to try it all on together before hand to make sure you like so on the day of the concert you aren’t running around trying to change it and find something new to wear, I really think this is important, it definitely is for me because all concerts I go to are in Dublin and I live like one and half / two hours away so on concert days I need to be really to go and hope on the bus/train to get there on time.

– don’t be afraid to be bold, concerts are literally the happiest place on earth, it’s where a couple hundred/thousands people who all love the same music come to have the time of their lives, and I think a concert is the only place you can really be bold and wear whatever you want to wear because no one judges, they all just came to listen to music not judge people.

Have you any upcoming concerts you are going to or would like to go to? Let me know in the comments
I’m hoping I’ll be going to Why Don’t We in October, then I’ve Nicki Minaj, Shawn Mendes & The Vamps next March, April & May and I’m so excited!!

Taylor Swift

Happy Thursday, i’ve been really busy and only got to write this really late last night soo yeah.

Last Saturday i went to Taylor Swift’s second Croke Park show which was also her 13th show on her stadium tour. First of all it was amazing!!! Honestly when i went to Ed Sheeran i didn’t think anyone could do as amazing as he did but Taylor surely did! Everything about the concert was amazing, her outfits, the set up, everything!! It honestly did show how much time and effort she put into the making of the shows, from the different acts she did, outfit change to stage change they all looked so creative and thought out. My favourite part of the show was her endurance it was the best! and my favourite song was the style/love story/you belong with me medley because they are literally my favourite songs ever. Along with Taylor being amazing so was the crowd, honestly love the happy atmosphere at concerts, can’t imagine how great it is standing on that stage looking at 80,000 people singing and dancing to your songs, Taylor literary didnt stop smiling from the second she came on stage till the very last second on the stage. Also as you walk into the concert they handed out wristbands that were actually set up to light up the colours of her stage and go off at the same time it honeslty looked so good and it was actually an amazing idea. There isnt a bad thing anyone can say about it honestly it was just so prefect and I don’t anyone can actually top it! If you are going to see her you should so look forward to it and if you are debating if you should go or not, 100% go, you wont regret it i promise!

My Goals For My Blog

This is my first time doing a post like this, it’s going to be all about my goals for my blog. So I see a lot of people setting monthly goals for their blogs and social media followers, usually how many followers they want to push to get and things they want to achieve on different platforms, which i thought would be good to do the first Tuesday of every month then i thought it would just get annoying, so i want your opinion, would it be too much? or would you like to hear my monthly goals?

For now im just going to tell you over all what I want to achieve for my blog, so here it is.

Like everyone I want to make a living out of it and do just this full time, ive always had a great interest in business and always wanted my own so it was always a root i wanted to go down. With my blog i can build my own business and doing everything i love writing, beauty, fashion and travel and loving to read and write helps a lot, along with writing about things you do love and have an interest in. I know its mad a 15 year old talking about wanted her own business and all, but i think its good that i chose the path i want to take so young and know what im working and pushing for.

My goals are pretty simple, I just want to success in what I love, like everyone so basic i know!, I hope to do big posts on certain subjects like, living with my pain, friendships, school, and anything like that. All I really hope to do is help people and show you my perspective on life as a 15 year old girl who don’t want to be a normal 15 year old and follow the group or sit in town with friends and do nothing, I want to experience as much as I can in life and hopefully I can show people who you always have and option and your own opinion and don’t have to follow the crowd and do things because your friends do. I figured that out at 12 years old when i went to my first concert, and listening to myself and no one else really helped me.

So out of all that, my only really goal is to do what makes me happy, take everything as it comes, experience, give my advice and opinion as best I can and help people. Helping people is something I love to do, since I was 12 and starting listening to myself and figuring my self out, I said I wouldn’t be like my past “friends” and chose who I wanted to be and helping people always stuck and I enjoy it. I was like professional counselor for years, everyone would ask me for advice and trust me with what was on their mind and say I helped them a lot and that made me happy.

also im not sure when I should post, like I write a post and I’m like okay I want to post that now, no need to wait haha.

So I’m posting a day early, my bad?

Follow my social medias and hit me up if you want advice or help! and if you have any topics you’d like me to talk about or give my opinion on let me know.
